The pristine Cartecay River will soothe your cares away as it sings its magical songs. Sleeps up to six and perfect for 3 adult couples with discerning tastes and wanting the perfect spot to unwind and leave the stress of the jobs behind.
Spacious and upscale kitchen with every bell and whistle. That includes stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven. Open concept dining at its finest. Eat at the specially crafted dining table, and entertain your friends in style and comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need in the way of dishes, pot and pans, glasses, crockpot, coffee maker and much, much more. You just need to bring your food, spices, and drinks. Take a step into the living room with a gas fireplace and relax, overlooking the Cartecay year round. Take pause to venture to the screened in deck from the living room and enjoy the beauty of sitting in nature so close you can almost touch the river. Or venture down a few steps to the firepit riverside to enjoy the beauty of nature and make everlasting family memories.
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms await for pure comfort. King master is on the main with large walk-in closet and adjacent bath with a spacious modern shower to soothe those aching muscles from the day's mountain bike ride, hiking, tubing or shopping in historic towntown Ellijay. Upstairs, you will find a guest bedroom with ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private balcony overlooking the river. You can sit and enjoy the many deer, geese, and other creatures that will certainly pass your way or sit back and enjoy the sound and sights of the Cartecay River.
The small loft upstairs awaits to read or just relax. No television, just an amazing space for the adult to get a much needed respite. It is a retreat overlooking the den and the lovely river beyond.
As you trek downstairs to the custom finished basement, you will find another den with a large screen TV with premium channels, a gas fireplace and a custom card table. There is also the third bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV. Step out the bedrooms private doors and soak your cares away in the hot tub overlooking the river and enjoy nature at its best. Downstairs also has a full bath, a kitchenette with small fridge, and microwave.
Walking out the downstairs den, you will find another deck and sitting space. Continue down the stairs to the firepit or relax on the private deck overlooking the river.
